Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
For orders under $150:
- Standard shipping (Australia-wide): $15.30
- Express shipping (Australia-wide): $19.30
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order.
- We ship from Adelaide, South Australia.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bogner Aqua, we want you to love the products you buy from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you’d like to return an item, we may offer a refund or store credit, provided:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- You cover the return shipping costs
Change-of-mind returns are not available on live goods, perishable items (like live plants or food), custom orders, or opened products.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll ask you to provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging
- Your order number
Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on what suits you best.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at bogneraqua@gmail.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The reason for the return
- Any relevant photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund (or issue a credit/store voucher) within 5 business days.
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Return Address
We'll provide the correct return address once your request is approved. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
